48V battery needed to be replaced and the moonroof fuse blew. Connor helped diagnose the issue and had it fixed in a day.
Ray is very professional, he answered all of my questions and was very polite. It was the first service I had on my Audi since I bought it at the dealership a little less than a year ago.
They took care of my car and they took care of me! Overall I was very happy with the experience.
