JJ, the service writer, is friendly, thorough and responsive. The work was done correctly. Be aware the dealership's automated telephone attendant can be frustrating.
Have had a horrible experience with them they were late getting my paperwork to DMV getting financing was hard because they didn't call me to inform me that they needed an agent's name I had to call them I've contacted them numerous times talk to numerous people and they never get back to me have late fees of $311 to register my vehicle I do not recommend going through them they are very unprofessional and not willing to work with you at all

We received excellent service from everyone at Audi Eugene - from sales, service and delivery of a new S5. We test drove many cars since they had a big inventory of "sporty" cars. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks to all at Audi Eugene!
