Had a problem with my engine coolant bypass valve / recall . The car was fixed free of charge and they even gave me a brand new transmission to cover the recall. Service was friendly and Greg S kept good communication with me . I even got a loaner car which was an upgrade from the current car I drive free of charge . I would definitely go back to Audi Escondido if anything else was to happen to my Audi A3 .

Eric Garris was FANTASTIC. Honestly the entire service experience was phenomenal. I have owned Mercedes. Range Rovers, BMW’s, a Tesla - and have never gotten the quality and level of service, courtesy, and thoroughness that I received from AUDI! Just was very happy. Thank you! Eric deserves a r😉
