Don't purchase anything from there. Those so called services after the sale don't exist. You show up for an oil change and charge you. Stating you never purchased it at time of sale. But they surely added it to your loan. Big mistake I made to purchase a car there.
When i first called for an estimate some girl picked up at service dept who was rude from the beginning to the end and did not bother calling me back. I called back and got Thomas he was very nice and took care of everything from start to finish very good customer service and hes the reason why I went with audi of el paso to have major work done on my audi. so if you need anything contact Thomas hes very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. Lleve el carro Q7 en la mañana para una actualización en la pantalla, pura mentira no hicieron ninguna actualización en la pantalla sigue lenta y se desconfigura fácil. Tenía el sun visor puesto en mi carro con una tapa quebrada. Les dije que me cotizaran cuánto valía la reparación. Cuando regreso en la tarde me entrega el sun visor suelto.
