brittany at the service desk is excellent and the waiting area was very comfortable. i’m happy with the service on my car.
Great staff and car is back when promised. They don't try to upsell you services that you don't need. Very fair pricing as well. Only downside is the AI system when you initially call in.
Piston replacement. I paid 1/3 the bill. 3rd party warranty paid 2/3's. 3 months to get a loaner half the size of my A7. 4 months. 4 MONTHS! To be completed. Was told test drove and break in was done. Funny they put less than 5 miles on it for the test drive and break in. Didn't even advise I get an oil change at 500 miles. At least I have my car back.
Simply outstanding service. Brittnee Ramos was a real pleasure to work with. The whole dealership is top notch!
