Inquired about a certified pre-owned Audi TT-S. When making the appointment to come in I asked if the vehicle, which was with them for 3 months, was serviced and ready to go and they said yes. I also mentioned to the internet sales agent that I would make any purchase subject to a 3rd party inspection. I showed up a couple days later to see the vehicle. If you’re buying a certified Audi from the Dilawri Group, go through everything before handing over your money. Get the service records in advance, confirm that every item you’re being charged for is actually in the vehicle, check that the tank is full, review the mileage against their paperwork, and walk through the inspection with them. I’d like to share my recent experience with my brand-new Audi Q5 and the extremely poor service from this dealership. We leased the vehicle from them, and shockingly, it was scratched on the very first day we received it. That’s a huge disappointment when you’ve just picked up a new car.
