The service department clearly doesn't understand what qualifies a vehicle for CPO certification, and the sales team runs a reliable delay game when you ask for documentation. Resolved: My $2,000 deposit has been refunded. I appreciate their help and responsiveness; it shows that concerns can be addressed and resolved. We have been loyal customers of this dealership for four years with no issues. Everything was great until we decided to cancel a new vehicle before delivery. Despite not taking the car, they refused to return our $2000 deposit. This experience showed a lack of trust, and we will not be doing business with them in the future.
