Just brought home my new 2025 Q3 today. A big thanks to Brian, he was such a pleasure to deal with. No BS , no pressure or shady hidden mark up fees, straight forward yet very professional and a genuinely nice human. My car's back panel was cracked after an inspection. We texted, called, and left a voice message. No answer, no response, no follow up whatsoever. And that was half year ago...and they never offer loaner car for services, not sure how they are still getting these many good reviews, total joke!
