I would not recommend this dealership, especially compared to the level of service I’ve experienced with Mercedes or BMW. The customer service at this location has been extremely disappointing, and the dealership seems very poorly managed. Almost every time I’ve brought my vehicle in for service, I’ve had to wait over two weeks to get it back. Go here if you want to get scammed. Everyone is involved. I thought Fred was a nice guy, but he is just a salesman. Don't go on his butter words and end up buying crap. Also, there customer service is bad, as there is no one in this department. Exceptional service from the moment I walked in to the moment I drove out. Torrey could not have made the process any smoother, and he worked hard to fit around my schedule even coming in on a sunday to accomodate a test drive. I had a wonderful experience at Audi Downtown Vancouver! I came in on a random Saturday about an hour before closing, after having a rather disappointing experience at another Audi dealership. We had a great experience with the entire Audi team. We ended up getting the vehicle we wanted for the price we needed. Our salesperson was Bavinder Singh. He was direct and transparent. Marcelo delivered our car and it was absolutely spotless. I recommend Audi Downtown for their flexibility and transparency.
