My Q5 had to be sent back for the same issue 3 times. And the last time, it took them almost 4 weeks to fix it. And during that time, they never notified me of any updates until I called and emailed them to ask what the hell is going on!! Only then did the manager (Gui Dwyer) do the right thing and diagnosed it properly and ordered the correct parts which had to take another week!
