I didn’t purchase my Audi from this dealership, but the service team treated me like a longtime customer. The check-in was seamless, the lounge was clean and comfortable, and I received multiple proactive updates throughout the day. To my surprise, my car was returned fully detailed — without me even asking. It’s rare to experience that level of attention and professionalism these days. Truly a standout service experience and one I wish I had elsewhere. Audi Devon has earned my loyalty.
While the service team (Andre and Josh) were polite and professional, the issue that I had with my car was not resolved. A creaking and scratching sound in the front suspension is not normal in a car with only 20,000 miles on it, especially for a "luxury" car brand. Their reluctance to investigate the issue even when I provided TSBs that address creaking from the front suspension is unbelievable.
