I recently took my Audi to the service department to run diagnostics on a drive malfunction indicator that recently came on. With very low miles on the car, I was floored when I was quoted more than $11k to fix the problem. Unfortunately my warranties have all expired. The last time I was there was about 8 months ago and it was my last. All I wanted was for them to install an MMI software update that I got from Audi. They didn't want to do it and made up all this excuses as to why. Then they told me they would do it, but they wanted thousands of dollars for the service. Clearly trying to disuade me. I took it to the Audi dealer in San Jose, and they charged me like $300 for the service. No issues. Great customer service. Elijah Toro at Audi Concord service department was exceptionally helpful providing detailed and knowledgeable service help for my major high mileage oil change service. I was hesitant to come back because I didn't have a good experience last year with someone else, but I was glad to have Elijah this time providing clear details and helpful tips on what to do. Hope Audi concord recognizes this gem of a customer service rep and hold onto him forever.
