An absolutely amazing experience with Travis and Mark. My SUV had a flat tire right outside of their garage. While they weren't able to put a new tire on, they were able to put on my donut to let me proceed with my day. The thing that made it a 5-star service was that they checked the tire pressure on my donut before I left. I am truly appreciative of their ability to go above and beyond.
Mandy Walters is my Service Representative and she is the best in the business. She is through and professional in all aspects of her job. I highly recommend Audi Clearwater. Thank you Mandy.
Beware of repair estimates and question everything. They charged me 2.5 hrs of labor, $968 for a job listed at 1 hr. When I explained that the job is rated by Audi as 1 hour they stuck to their guns and said sorry, that's what we charge.
I had sticker shock when I saw the estimate on the repairs for my car and was unwilling to pay the large amount. The Dealership and most importantly, Courtney Devine was very helpful in giving me some options that helped cut some of the cost. Courtney kept me informed throughout the process and was very helpful. This was a sunroof leak repair
Nick is amazing, he was my service advisor, ask for him!! He was extremely helpful and kept me well informed, he answered every question I had and provided 5 Star Service, I will definitely be back to this location!
