I love my Audi, but the customer service at this dealership has been very disappointing. As a woman, I constantly feel pressured into unnecessary upcharges, and I’ve had charges added without proper explanation. They also failed to complete warranty maintenance correctly and had me come back months later because it was “missed.” For a luxury dealership, I expected much better communication, honesty, and professionalism.
Consistently first-rate service experience at Audi Clearwater. Service Manager, Mandy Walters, is the best in the business. She listens, communicates clearly, follows through with careful attention to details, and makes sure that everything is done as promised.
First time Audi owner. Bought an Audi Q8 with 37k miles from a family member and needed an oil change and some other work. Everyone I met at Audi Clearwater was very pleasant and welcoming. Courtney Devine especially, my service advisor. She is superb...prompt, communications were periodic and timely, and she helped me out tremendously with questions I had about the work. She's superb!
Garrett Burke was helpful and responsive and provided regular updates when my baby was in for service.
