David answered the phone on the first ring. The service was outstanding and we will order again. The part was delivered the same day.
It's easier to call the president than to get a hold of a parts guy.
I have called several times and left several voice messages to the parts department I have tried to speak to a manager and have gotten no response back absolutely terrible!
