I can't recommend this service center to anyone. Went to get a trunk spoiler installed, first of all there was a chip on the spoiler, the guy at the counter texted me and asked if I want them to go ahead and install it, I said we will get back to look at it soon. They went ahead and put it on anyway without my approval. Ok it didn't look bad initially but they didn't use adhesive on the corners of it so it was sticking up. I scheduled again to have them take it back off and put it back on properly, so that the entire area ca... read more

My current Audi Clarksburg Service Center experience! I am losing all faith in the Service Center , I feel a high quality service center could do better! I purchased a car from Carvana, picked it up and found a few minor issues, Carvana warranty company Silverrock approves repairs(back up camera and radio) I dropped off my car April 4 - at this time I keep getting told excuse after excuse why its taking so long!
