Excellent service team. Chris, Kyle and Bob are very informative, communicative, and do their best to keep my Audi in its best condition. I appreciate this GREAT team!
Scammers. Presented me with bill of $509 for a known sunroof leak that has reached a Class Action Settlement and can be replaced for free. Once I stated I couldn't pay for the work they went ahead and "accidentally" did the work anyway and charged me $177 for a diagnostic. Claimed I would need to come back in and pay for interior light/electrical damage myself - these items are also covered by the class action settlement.
