If you need a service on your Audi, go somewhere else. The transmission “service” I paid $1k for and waited over three weeks to complete did absolutely nothing. All of the transmission fluid drained out in the days after the car was returned to me. A speciality shop in town went in and identified a ton of glaring issues that FLOW miraculously missed. Nonexistent professionalism. Save your money and time — go to Auto Teknika in Charlottesville.
Absolutely horrible customer service once you purchase your vehicle. I bought a new Audi Q5 in 2022 with an extended warranty. It’s May, 2025 now and I have to bring my car in for service due to alert lights and need to know about my warranty.
