Very professional great service.
Just bought my first car through this dealership and every part of it was fantastic. Kevin helped us through the whole process and was very personable and knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a great car buying experience he’s your guy!
Scheduled service for my vehicle to get done the day of and upon arrival was told that the car would not get looked at until the next day, after driving an hour and a half to get recalls addressed and an inspection. They didn't even offer a loaner to cover the time it would take to inspect their own recalled vehicle. Then the guy at the service desk had the audacity to attempt to get me a business card after letting out the nastiest cough into his hand. 🤢 Unfortunately there aren't many Audi service stations in the area but... read more
Saying i had a great experience is an understatement, i had a nice young gentleman Name Quinn i believe. He was very kind and helpful and was more than happy to answer my questions and was always there to make me feel comfortable about any questions or concerns i had about anything during the process. 10/10
