The worst experience ever...back in 2010 this place was excellent..now...if I could give a negative I would..they got my car in July...did NOT listen to me about it sitting for 2 years and needed oil and gas drained...instead, they insisted on a $900 electrical check which was unnecessary...fast forward 9 months..yes...9 months later , after I bought a replacement part for my display that they broke...I got my car back and even though they promised to refund me the cost of the part ( I bought it because they claimed they cou... read more

Vehicle Lost Under Their Care Almost 4 years with No Accountability or Resolution... Would give 0 stars but it wouldn't allow me . In March 2022, we had our Audi Q7 TDI towed to Flow Audi Charlottesville for a simple battery check. The car was in perfect condition well-maintained and regularly serviced. After months of delays,excuses, misdiagnoses, and shifting stories, they tried to buy our rare diesel Q7, which we declined. I am very disappointed that my 2018 Q5 with only 36,000 miles has had a total engine and turbo failure. The repair costs more than the trade-in value of the car. I have filed a claim with Audi of America.
