Pl The car was clean and the video showed everything they did during the inspection and oil change and point inspection. Omar and Crystal at the front desk were lovely courteous, and very helpful. Flow is my Audi dealer from now on.
I purchased my car from this dealership over 2 years ago. I paid extra for all of the warranties they offered. Big mistake! They have absolutely NO customer service. Every time I bring my car in for service, which is an hour away, the service girl or guy at front always tells me some reason they can’t fix my issue or I will need to schedule for service another time. Easy car purchase. Bought the car without stepping foot in the dealership and the delivered it to my front door (even though I live 5 hours away) for no extra cost. No hidden fees and stress free service.
