My spouse and I made an appointment to drive a particular Audi model. When we arrived, we found out that our Sales Advisor was from the Porsche side. OK, but unfortunately he knew very little about the car we were driving, Audi features, packages, and options. He even said that he knows everything about Porsches but had to look things up about the Audi we were driving just before we came. What?
