Sent my fianc� to get her oil changed and they "convinced" her she needed to have all sorts of "routine maintenance" even though she bought her SUV from an Audi dealership like 3 months ago but apparently it was "due" for the "maintenance". Thanks Audi of Charlottesville for the $1,572 oil change.... If it ain't broke don't fix it... Just change the oil......
Stating just facts. On August 30, our Audi Q5 (on warranty) had to be towed to Audi Charlottesville, which was the closest to where our car broke down. To make a long story short, Audi Charlottesville said they have to charge us for the repairs because "another dealership made a mistake during maintenance, mistake which resulted in too low a level for the transmission fluid, causing the transmission to fail". Great service and purchase experience on multiple vehicles. Kevin was knowledgeable and on top of every aspect of the sale from looking at the car to getting it ready to pick up. The staff are very helpful and I would gladly buy from this dealership in future!
