Damian is great! He has taken care of me every time I’ve brought my car in, made the process with my extended warranty smooth and had a loaner car ready to go while I waited for repairs! Really shows the value of taking your car to the dealership as opposed to an independent owned shop!
The only thing I will say is that $200 an hour for service time when all that had to be done was hook up a laptop to my cars computer for a 2.5 hour update. If there was a service tech working on the car the entire time I have no issue with the shop rate. Other than that Layth and the guys on the desk were very professional, we love the brand and plan to always own one. We moved from Montana and we’re looking for our Phoenix area trusted dealer.
