Update: Had a call (Avery long call) with their customer service guy due to the 1-star review. Provided some context around the call, and given I don't hold grudges, I've decided to provide a reply to apologise to the service lady who felt that the call wasn't great, not my intention. I have purchased an Audi from Southern Classics Cars before and wouldn’t choose to go anywhere else as the service is exceptional!
AVOID this place for any repairs. I took my Audi SQ5 here expecting expertise, given it’s an Audi, but I was completely let down. They replaced a part that didn’t even need replacing, then quoted me $3,900 for another part that costs $250 elsewhere. On top of that, they admitted it might not even solve the problem and said the next potential fix could cost $9,000.
