4 Undercarriage bolts were missing after Audi completed a $110 "Inspection" on my 2015 Audi S3. The inspection was to verify whether or not my water pump was failing at 55,000km (Car made a huge puddle of coolant). If Audi are too lazy to redrive 4 bolts it makes you wonder what else is overlooked when it's not expected to be checked later. Luckily my independent mechanic was able to pick this up and correct it later. EDIT: Turns out the water pump did fail, and it was about 6 months out of new car warranty.
