After multiple emails and phone calls - 1 month to book in for a brand new Audi which has the following issues . - Engine Light: This has come on six times. Very disappointing sales and follow-up experience. After purchasing my car, I was told the spoiler would take around 4–6 weeks to arrive. It has now been months, and there has been little to no proactive update from the sales team. If I do not contact them myself, I receive no status update at all. What is more frustrating is that even when I do follow up with the salesperson, it can take weeks just to get a reply.
