Please don’t try to call them for service, since no body going to pick up the phone after 3 pm and when they said I am going to call you in the afternoon, it means no one is going to call you back
I recently had an accident that resulted in a buckled rim. Sam Mackey and Mitchell Armstrong were incredibly helpful—offering advice and having the service team thoroughly check over my vehicle. After a frustrating insurance claim process, they went above and beyond to provide a timely quote and complete the repairs quickly (within a week), even though another service provider (assigned by my insurer) advised it would take three to four months.
