Communication was extremely poor. Do not go to this dealership expecting Audi level service. The servicing took far longer than expected and I received no updates or callbacks unless I chased them myself. The lack of communication made the entire experience frustrating and unprofessional. I would recommend going elsewhere for your servicing.
Every single commitment made was not met. From at least six call back with an update promises, to dates I could collect my Q7. Atrocious service at every turn. Replaced entire fuel system including tank and pump, and left me 4l diesel in the brand new tank so as soon as I left the dealership, fuel light came on. Placing strain on the newly fitted fuel pump and system, completely unacceptable. If you are expecting quality service, go elsewhere. Will not return!
Purchased a used vehicle through Wayne Simpson. His customer service was fantastic, straightforward communication and helped immensly with recommendation for vehicle inspections and interstate transport. Post sales support has been fantastic and accommodating of the distance as we are located in Adelaide. Great experience and would recommend Wayne and team to others.
