We just popped into Audi Newcastle to take a look at the Q7 & we saw the managers car on sale in the EOFY sale. We were greeted by the sales person Mario who was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable & professional. Had a fantastic experience with Mario Khouri at Audi Centre Newcastle. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. No pressure, just straight-up good service and an exceptional deal. Even though we’ve delayed our purchase for now, we’ll definitely be back to see Mario when the time is right. Highly recommend.
Have never been spoken to more rudely in my life than at this place. Refused to replace a faulty $200 part despite being in warranty, which resulted in my car breaking down at night on an isolated stretch of road right before a long weekend (the second time this has happened). Called to get it towed there and they refused it!!! It’s now being towed to the Central Coast. Petty, unprofessional and downright unethical. Will never buy another Audi again just so I don’t have to deal with them ever again
Just upgraded from an Audi A3 to a Q3. Had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Mario who made the whole experience such an easy transaction and pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Highly recommended.
