I've own 3 brand new cars over the years, but this was my first Audi. I took my car in for its first service today at Audi Brookvale, and I have to say the communication and quality of service is the best I have experienced so far. The booking process, drop off and pick up all went smoothly. I had asked for a loan car so I could get to and from work and was given a new A3 to drive for the day.
