Extremely disappointing experience at this Mosman / Brookvale Audi service centre. From the very beginning Mr. Mohamed, the service advisor at Brookvale Audi service centre was aggressive and unprofessional, not just in his words but also in his body language. When I mentioned that my car was new and this was the first service, he abruptly stiffened his hands and told me the service would cost $750. David and Bryce were helpful and professional in a difficult situation fixing a problem under warranty without hassle. Excellent customer service from the wider team and some extra cleaning around my stereo (older car) was much appreciated.
