Even if you attempt to provide direct feedback, there is no effort made to attempt to seek a resolution. Audi Service Centre West Melbourne failed to diagnose persistent issues with respect to my vehicle's coolant system and all I got was a lousy apology in return, without any solutions or options provided to me. I took my car in for service 2/6 I told them on my dash board there was a light showing, on picking my car up they told me they need it for 2 days . I ask was this covered with warranty they told me yes, I was going away so I left my car there on 4th July on my return 14th July I started to ring at 8.45 and didn’t get any answer until 11.15 , to be told that the sunroof drains were found blocked , and the cost would be $2454.00 and not under warranty, ( By that time I needed to cancel my appointment for the day )I am extreme... read more
