The level of incompetence and poor workmanship from this dealer is extremely disappointing. Each time I have brought one of my vehicles in for service, it has been returned with missing screws or damaged components. Attempts to speak with management have been futile, they are consistently unavailable, on leave, or fail to return calls. This dealer is relocating to Essendon Fields. I purchased a q7 5.0 TDI Sline from this dealer. As part of the purchase I received a 100,00km service pack. Car was used for commercial purposes and dealer was aware. On a continued bases dealer had me wat extended periods for service. I believe internally causing services to go over the 15000km. I recently purchased my RS5 from Tom Zovko and the experience was exceptional. Tom was courteous, highly knowledgeable, and guided me through the entire process — from negotiating the deal and organising my trade-in, to arranging transport to the ACT. His communication was clear and consistent, making everything seamless. I can’t recommend Tom and the team at Audi Centre West Melbourne highly enough. If you’re looking for an Audi, make them your first call!
My audi had engine light on, so I’ve asked many car repair factory and brought it and they didn’t find out the source of the problem. But Audi centre found out and repaired very quickly, and fixed in 6 hours with just diagnostic fee. Very impressive.
Worst service and coordination. Cant even do the simple task of coordination with their head office and roadside assistance and have to face lot of trouble and stress due to no proper and accurate response rather than generic answer that we emailed and waiting
