First time servicing my Cupra Born at Audi Centre Melbourne. Excellent service from start to finish, even small unexpected touches including changing remote/key battery. Tony Nguyen was fantastic and I'll certainly be returning for my next service.

Even if you attempt to provide direct feedback, there is no effort made to attempt to seek a resolution. Audi Service Centre West Melbourne failed to diagnose persistent issues with respect to my vehicle's coolant system and all I got was a lousy apology in return, without any solutions or options provided to me.
