I have nothing but good words to describe how helpful and kind the whole team at Audi West Melbourne was: I called this morning to urgently get my windscreen wipers fixed, and they managed to squeeze me in between other jobs they had scheduled for the day. I took my car for repair under warranty, and they charged me 400 dollars and said the drains were blocked, even though I had this issue from day one after buying the car: that the sunroof was leaking. And on top of that, they quoted me 6000 for other repairs, which cost me 1800 from a reputable service centre. These thieves are arrogant and have such rude staff who also swear on the phone and talk rubbish about other customers, making their fun thinking they are cool and smart.
