called Audi last week because I had just bought a used car and wanted it properly inspected. I explained on the phone that the two main issues were that the MMI/screen system was not working and that there was a leak underneath the engine. On the phone, I was told that for around $150 I would receive a complete report. When I brought the car in on Monday, I was then told the price would actually be $297, almost double what I had originally been quoted.
