I’m extremely disappointed to be changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star for Audi Brighton. What started as a great experience has turned into a very frustrating and unacceptable situation. My vehicle was returned with scratches on the front bumper, damage that was never disclosed to me at the time. When I raised this with the dealership, instead of taking responsibility, they denied it completely. They lost me as a customer due to lack of customer service. They did not seem like they wanted to sell a car to me. I ended up buying at Audi Burwood instead where I received excellent customer service.
