Attended the service department to obtain a costing / quote in relation to my Audi. All staff were seated, continued to be seated throughout the interaction ,a staff member from the back of their area, couldn’t be bothered to provide a written cost and another staff member that assisted her , also spoke across the room. Having a staff member speak to you from the back of the room wasn’t a good experience. For a prestige dealership , it’s very disappointing to receive poor customer service.
We just bought a Audi a3 from Audi Albury- Ricky and Caleb were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thanks for our new car!
Experienced intolerable failure of Audi Service Centre, My AUDI Q5 informed l required new AFS MODULE (cornering lights) on 4th Nov 25. I tried numerous times to phone them left messages, etc. Now 10 Dec 25, They still do not know part number. The follow up atrocious/detriment to AUDI BRAND. DIRECTLY DUE TO LACK OF BUISNESS SENSE.
