Their service was impeccable. Parts took longer than anticipated bur they offered a loaner and kept me informed all the time. My car was delivered like new, clean and in perfect condition. My advisor, really polite.
Fast & efficient . There was a problem with my q5 it was under warranty so I didn’t pay and a simple problem they took care of . Also has mirror replaced- had to wait for a part overnight . Pricewise- everything is expensive to fix on Audis . They Ubered me back and forth . Easy
My Engine went out on me roughly 90 days ago. Usually when you here these stories start off you automatically think “ohh this was bad” but it actually wasnt at all!
