If you're hoping for assistance from Rosie in the parts department, don't count on it. She was initially rude and unhelpful, and only changed her attitude after her behavior was called out. Another service representative tried to help me, but Rosie blatantly intervened and stopped her from looking up the part I needed. I ultimately left and took my business elsewhere.
I can appreciate that there are people who want to only drive their cars and not work on them, hence taking it to the dealership and paying a lot of money for service. While I’m not one of those persons and do most of my own work, this dealership is really nice and the people who work here are friendly, professional, and helpful. My girlfriend completely trusts them and has peace of mind when she picks it up.
