Jared is very nice. However, I had to go back twice for the resolution to my problem. They made my appointment for a week out so they could order the part needed. When I arrived to my scheduled appointment, they then said they ordered the wrong part and I had to come back again. I live 45 to an hour away so this was very inconvenient.
Nice car buying experience with the folks at Audi Cape Cod. We're so pleased we made this choice. Service with Audi Cape Cod has been an excellent experience. They take good care! Now a few years later and a bunch more miles my experience at Audi Cape Cod continues to be excellent! Just returned from Audi of Cape Cod where I upgraded to a 2025 Q5. That should speak for itself!
