We were on vacation in Wellfleet Cape COD and had a flat tire. We have a 2023 A4 Audi Allroad. We called and left several voicemail and spoke with a receptionist in the service department who assured me she would hand my phone number to the service department and have them call me. Three days and no call.we wanted to get a nee tire or have the tire repaired. To me, this is unacceptable behavior from a dealership.

My recent experience buying a Q3 was fantastic. Cassie, the sales woman I dealt with could not hav been nicer and event above and beyond. The finance department was a joy to work with and the whole experience was great!
