Staff is very knowledgeable
Ruben Granados is absolutely hand's down the best service advisor I've ever experienced. He's helpful, prompt, very knowledgeable, trustworthy, kind...basically everything you want in a service advisor and more. I drive an extra 15 minutes to this dealership, literally driving past another one, because I know he will provide extraordinary service that's so incredibly rare these days. Thank you Ruben for always turning a chore and hassle into a lovely experience.

I am usually skeptical taking my car to a dealer for service, but after the most recent incident, Audi Calabasas has earned my business. Gennifer (spelling is correct) is one of their newest service advisors, and is absolutely the best of the best. Long story short, I towed my car from a reputable Audi shop because they quoted me over $5k, to replace my transfer case, which was completely fine, instead of doing a routine TSB fluid change.
