I bought a used vehicle from audi calabasas October 23rd. Today is February 4th. I have a hose from my turbo spraying oil so I took it in. My extended warranty which i pay monthly for, does not cover this according to them. "Its the same as asking them to do the brakes" the first lady from finances told me. I had a terrible experience at Audi Calabasas with RAFAEL FLORES service advisor, and I strongly recommend staying away from this location. I came in for a simple oil change. During the visit, I was asked whether my vehicle was under Audi warranty. After I confirmed that it was, the experience quickly went downhill. I was told that my water pump was showing signs of degradation, even though I had never smelled coolant, never had to refill the reservoir, and had no prior issues.
