Lady on the phone literally hung up on me right now. I needed a service quote and she insisted that I message my service advisor who I interacted with 2 years ago and who was not very helpful that time. She refused to connect me to any other service specialist.
Called several times across a couple of days to see if my pre-paid service could be done at this location - you reach a live operator initially, but she just forwards you to the service department, where nobody ever answers the phone. Left several voice mail messages but no one ever calls back. Ok, fine, I made a service appointment online and checked the box "Need someone to call me before the appointment" there. Fantastic experience with the service team. Full concierge. Sent me an email letting me know about a recall on my vehicle. Easy to schedule with them. Sent me text reminders and live communication with real people. I really feel like they went above and beyond and out of their way to perform the needed services and get that vehicle back to me in better condition than before. Everyone I worked with was very professional and kind. Highly recommend.
The place was professional and did a great job on my rims but I wish they have loaner car available
