I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received from this dealership’s service department. When I purchased my vehicle in 2024, the used car manager displayed an unprofessional and dismissive attitude from the beginning. Called in twice for parts, no call back after being promised.
Every experience I've had with Burlingame Audi, since I bought my Audi in 2018, has been excellent. The service staff is friendly, thorough, and a pleasure to work with, and always professional.
Richie Reyna, our service advisor was very conscientious and responsive. Kept me up to date during the entire process. Car was returned nice and clean. They also were very detailed and reviewed which recall campaigns were needed and what could be done in the time allotted. Lyft ride too and from dealership helpful.
