I brought my 2022 Audi SQ8 in for its 40,000-mile scheduled service. What should have been a routine service turned into an extremely frustrating experience. Shortly after the service, the vehicle developed electrical issues that I had not been experiencing before. I brought the car back and left it with the dealership for approximately a week. Very disappointed with my experience at Audi. My son’s car sat there for a week after the diagnosis because the estimate was sent incorrectly to the warranty company. I ended up having to make numerous calls and send paperwork myself just to get things moving. There were also conflicting stories about whether the warranty paperwork had been signed off. Had a great experience here at Audi Brooklyn service center. My water pump in my Audi s4 was leaking coolant and they assisted me and made everything so easy. Daniel Baczewski was the one to assist me and made the whole thing fast, understandable and easy. Overall outstanding experience

One of the worst experiences ever at any dealership. Rude customer associate and management. Would never recommend you go there not to mention the damage put on my vehicle.
