My last visit at Audi Auto Service was horrible. I make appointment for my transmission fluid change from 2 months ago. I drove a hour on my appointment date and wait for another 7 hours from 10am to 5pm and they cannot get service done. I was wasting my whole day to be there for nothing. I am very upset and I won’t think I even come back again. I asked for the transmission fluid change, and oil change if they have time for me, but mostly for my fluids because I can actually do my own oil change less than $200 which they cha... read more
