Would give zero stars if I could! Traveling alone and my engine light came on and began flashing. I know this means pull over immediately. I did so and called Audi to see if they could fit me in at any point this morning and got a very rude NO. Extremely rude and unhelpful. Would never support this business
Unethical practices. Very unprofessional and unorganized place. Will not address issue that are currently under warranty and you will only get excuses. Please avoid
Unbelievable high prices and unreliable phone responses to their customers
I made an appointment for my 24 Audi RS6 several weeks in advance. Simple oil change, tire rotation and new wiper blades. Get to appointment early and about 45 minutes later, i'm told they do not have enough oil to do my oil change and will have to drive an hour away and an hour back, to get the oil. Then, about an hour after that, i'm told they do not have the wipers for my car either! They can order them but I will have to bring car back for install. I made an appointment for an oil change in mid May for Wednesday July 2nd for my Audi Q8. Received and responded to the appointment reminder text the day before. Dropped my car before they opened on the 2nd. They called me after 2 on Wednesday telling me they couldn’t get my vehicle in and may not be able to the following day.
