Unbelievable high prices and unreliable phone responses to their customers
I made an appointment for my 24 Audi RS6 several weeks in advance. Simple oil change, tire rotation and new wiper blades. Get to appointment early and about 45 minutes later, i'm told they do not have enough oil to do my oil change and will have to drive an hour away and an hour back, to get the oil. Then, about an hour after that, i'm told they do not have the wipers for my car either! They can order them but I will have to bring car back for install. I made an appointment for an oil change in mid May for Wednesday July 2nd for my Audi Q8. Received and responded to the appointment reminder text the day before. Dropped my car before they opened on the 2nd. They called me after 2 on Wednesday telling me they couldn’t get my vehicle in and may not be able to the following day. My car was there for about a week and they never did anything to it i called and they were just running me around saying that dont have the tool that they have to order the worst dealer never going back
AVOID THIS PLACE. THEY'VE STOLEN $1,500 FROM ME and would have no problem doing the same to you. They've had a refund that is owed to me on a cancelled service plan for over 7 months and will not give the money back or provide any communication on why it hasn't been refunded.
