I had a very disappointing experience with Audi Blainville. The customer service was excellent before the sale, but everything changed afterward. Once the vehicle was sold, I felt like I no longer mattered. The after-sales service is poor, and the staff do not treat customers with the respect and professionalism they deserve. Brought my car for 2 recalls, Dealt with Michael at service great help, to the point. No time wasted loved the experienced. He setup my ride back home and pick up. Pretty basic service but made it feel painless
Very good experience buying a car there. Everyone there is extremely helpful, from sales to finance to service. Really a perfect experience for me. The negotiation was very transparent and respectful and the most important part is that they go above and beyond to take of you later on when it comes to service! Best part about owning an Audi is how good the people at Audi Blainville treat you.
