Service person never sent me my multi inspection report. Why will I pay for dealership service if I don’t even get the proof my car is in good condition? Service person Cameron hasn’t sent this despite multiple calls. Emailed the general manager he didn’t even have the courtesy to reply. Will upgrade to 3 star if I ever see my multi inspection report (Which every other Audi service center I have ever been to has printed out before car pickup)
On July 8th I had to let them flash my Audi e-tron SUV with a new Software (mandatory safety recall). Result was a ton of Warninglights in the Dashboard. Tried several times to reach my Serviceperson named Schrock, he never replied to email, never took of his phone, did not respond to voicemails or call back when I called the Service Department. Very unethical shop and service. I was very dissatisfied with my service in September 2023. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and a diagnostic check. I brought my vehicle at 8:30 am and it was kept overnight. I did not receive a text that I could pick up my vehicle. My service provider Diego would not answer my calls or texts. Eventually, I got ahold of them at 5:30 pm the next day. I was told they were washing it currently. So, the oil change took 2 full days. They are unprofessional and car will return with problems once never had before paid cash for the service never again will be fixing myself find an independent shop or go to Rockville cuz they will try to ask for deposits switch parts around and still not fix original problems it’s sad tbh
