Had a great experience today buying my new Audi from Ruben! Saw what I wanted online so I called Audi Bay City up and (unlike most dealerships) it was actually on the lot and ready to be sold. Made an appointment with Ruben, showed up and it was a smooth transaction. No pressure or hoops to jump through, super transparent and knowledgeable guy. Sales manager was easy to work with and the other salesmen I spoke with seemed great.
