The oil change and inspection went well and their body shop fit me in right away and removed scratches on my hood. Extremely happy with their helpfulness and workmanship.
Service is pretty terrible. Everytime we get the Audi serviced, something is always missed or done incorrectly, and we have to come back. This happened on several occasions sadly.
We purchased a new Audi Q5 from Thelen Audi and it has not functioned properly from day one. And, three months later it still has issues. Somehow it passed quality checks by Audi Manufacturing and Thelen Audi – either the quality checks were insufficient to identify the problem or the quality checks were not completed properly.
