Even the front desk people run a kind of triage, trying to diagnose and help as a first responder to the car trouble. Then they pass along all detailed information to the specialists thereafter.
While I have had less than acceptable service here…once I found the service consultant Aaron Martin….no issues since. He goes above and beyond. He calls back in a reasonable time frame and if it’s an emergency he always gets me in. Even if it’s just to see if I can make it to my next service appointment. He is awesome. Deserves a raise!!
Me and my 6 year old daughter had planned a yes day today. When I noticed a very strong odor of gas it was extremely loud. As we arrived at the Walmart and we existed the vehicle only to notice that the gas tank was leaking and gas was all over the ground I was terrified When we made it to the Audi dealer, the service advisor Christie Smith was so rude, lazy, unconcerned with a horrible attitude. She offer little to no assistance , showed no type of concern, took no type of precaution with a vehicle that was leaking gas. The... read more
Repair was fine. What I don't appreciate is a service advisor arguing with my wife followed by me over how often we drive the car. I know I drive everyday. He couldn't comprehend how a 2022 car could have been purchased in 2023....and DO NOT ARGUE WITH AUDI CUSTOMERS!
