Me and my 6 year old daughter had planned a yes day today. When I noticed a very strong odor of gas it was extremely loud. As we arrived at the Walmart and we existed the vehicle only to notice that the gas tank was leaking and gas was all over the ground I was terrified When we made it to the Audi dealer, the service advisor Christie Smith was so rude, lazy, unconcerned with a horrible attitude. Repair was fine. What I don't appreciate is a service advisor arguing with my wife followed by me over how often we drive the car. I know I drive everyday. He couldn't comprehend how a 2022 car could have been purchased in 2023....and DO NOT ARGUE WITH AUDI CUSTOMERS!
