Avoid by all means! I have a vehicle under full warranty that blew up its transmission. They kept it for over 4 months in the shop and returned it as "fixed", while the transmission still malfunctions. The for the last 2 months they have been ignoring my messages and calls to bring it back for repair. Currently pursuing a law suit.
I always have a wonderful experience at this Audi service center! Most recently, I had to replace my tires. Ricky from the service department was excellent in helping me with my service and he showed genuine kindness in his customer service. My new tires were installed perfectly in a reasonable amount of time at a fair cost. I highly recommend this service center location for your maintenance needs!
EDIT: I have no choice but to change my rating to one star after multiple attempts to rectify the issue. In October 2024, Audi Arlington performed extensive service on my vehicle, which included replacing the upper timing cover gasket after an Audi technician noticed a minor oil leak. NONE BETTER— Luke was our service rep and he was the consummate professional from start to finish. Our check-in was smooth, handoff for a loaner was flawless, and he kept us informed along the way. After closing is out at the end of day, we were about to drive off the service lot and sensors went off that there was an issue. Without missing a beat, Luke was at our vehicle, popped the hood, and quickly identified that the radiator cap was not fully closed.
