I had the worst experience with servicing my car ever with Audi Arlington. I dropped my car off for a multipoint inspection and oil change. It was working just fine. When I got my car back, the air conditioning had stopped working. Of course the representative just offered for me to bring it back. However when I spoke with Daniel, the service manager, his customer service was horrible asking me why I wanted to talk to him when I already had an appointment on Monday.
