Travelled in from the central coast today to test drive a car, having notified them earlier in the week, car wasn't onsite. No apology no offer to go get it. Went to five dock and bought the same car same day easiest sale the kid at 5docks ever had, he was excellent too, scrambled to get the car ready for me on short notice, Service at PH a shocker have bought from here before. Never again.
You wouldn’t expect an Audi dealership to say they can’t let you test drive just because I wanted to understand why other Audi dealership had advertised a lower price for the same car.
I call this morning around 9:15 am for information regarding a vehicle Audi Q3 I did ask how long the registration was and ask regarding the extra Warranty. I told the person I leave 2&1/2 hrs away and need the info The person who I talk to didn’t take me seriously and told me he needed to do a cost . After 6 hrs no call and you just missed a sale as I bought a new Car at another dealer to bad Customer service is a key of success Not with this guy Best regards Herve
