This the third time I’ve had my car repaired by Alto. They are the only ones I trust to paint my Mazda as the colour is extremely hard to get right and a lot of body repairers won’t even try. Alto has done an excellent job in the allotted timeframe and I drove my car away in absolute showroom condition inside and out. Super professional and friendly people to deal with. I highly recommend them!
I am writing this to warn others from dealing with Audi Australia and to hopefully receive some type of meaningful update from Audi Macarthur. I placed an enquiry on an RS e-tron GT advertised by Audi Macarthur through the Audi Australia website on 04/04/2026 and paid a $500 holding fee. I contacted Audi Macarthur several days afterwards. They initially told me they were unable to find the car in their inventory and then told me it was not available for sale. Rosie at Audi Macarthur has been amazing and made my experience extremely smooth. I recently had a repair done at Macarthur and the service she provided was exceptional, from when I dropped the car off, to all the clear communication she provided in between and up until when I had to pick the car up. She was happy to sit down and answer all questions I had despite me coming in after 5 to pick up my car.
