I initially walked into MacArthur Audi at Smeaton Grange to purchase a new Audi Q7. There, I was warmly greeted by Arkan who politely guided me to the new car sales team and I was introduced to an incredibly friendly, polite, professional, knowledgeable and approachable young man named AJ.
