Nick and Ali from new car sales do not treat customers well. They are just numbers and once you are out the door then dont expect in after sales care.
I was served by Hakan, who helped me through the whole process of acquiring my now owned car. Overall I can confidently say that he was a very kind and respectful person, presented himself well and as a friendly guy, gave us water bottles on the hot days that I went, was happy to answer questions I had about the car, explained the paperwork and made sure I understood, went for a test drive and was also happy to top up the car due to the tank being a little low which was nice of him, I was happy to have met him and wouldn’t h... read more
