I reversed into a pole at Wyoming Audi. I went to the sales desk and Martin helped me. He was so helpful and obliging. He got some magic wax and fixed the scratches on my car. What a kind man! Thank you😊
I had to put in a positive review of my last service experience at Central Coast Audi. I had to have my car towed there from the freeway after a massive tyre blowout and a bit of rim damage. There also had to be some warranty issue fixed. Having the car taken without a chance to give it a bit of a clean it was an absolute mess, dog hair, dirty, bad. Took my 2009 A5 Cabriolet to have the convertible roof looked at as it was getting stuck halfway when trying to close it. I was charged $500 and told that it couldn't be fixed, that parts weren't available. Contacted the dealership that I bought it from, they sent me to a guy who within 5 minutes found that due to the roof lining sagging, the back window was catching on a locking plate preventing it from closing. Spend your $74,000 elsewhere - Faulty Brand New Audi SQ2 I purchased a brand-new Audi SQ2 less than two months ago from Audi Alto and already experienced a complete mechatronics unit failure. For a so called premium brand this is unacceptable - especially when this is a known and common issue with Audi's S-Tonic/DSG transmissions.
