Took my car in for an oil change. Told I had to get my 40000 mile package at the same time or I had pay separately for the oil change? What? I pre-purchased oil and tune up package when I bought my car. I only have 36000 miles on a 4 year old car. in advance, I requested a loaner car since it would take about 2 hours. 2 hours later, I got a real long text on my phone so I called back instead of reading the text.
