They are flat out price gaugers and take advantage of local Lehigh valley residents . I called there service department for estimate on just a routine oil change for 2016 Audi a6 3.0. Nothing else. Two of there service advisors ( just to make sure one of them did not make a mistake ) and the price they gave me was $375 tax not included. Seemed extraordinary . One of the best dealerships I’ve ever been to.Looking forward to returning for service ,Tyler was the best and kept me up to speed on repair status.We like place so much might be looking to purchase a vehicle from them in the near future.I like the part when technician sent me video of car repair status.
