This housing facility is absolutely terrible. I would avoid living there at all costs. My child has been in a unit without air conditioning for a whole year. When asked the management continually claims that the part is broken and they are waiting on a part. The building refused to provide adequate temporary cooling during a heat wave. There were additional days with no hot water and staff that couldn't give a crap. I will continue to report this building and their poor treatment of tenants to the housing code enforcement. I'll be honest — before signing my lease at Auden Buffalo, I made the mistake of reading through some of the older online reviews. Based on what I saw, I had serious reservations. DONT LIVE HERE OH MY GOD WHATEVER YOU DO DONT SIGN A LEASE edit: there is new management and not much has changed so far. here is an incomplete list of grievances all of which have been brought up directly to management- inability to deal with noise complaints effectively, poor cleanliness in the stairwells including may instances of dog feces in the past, poor cleanliness of grass near the back parking lot usually trash and dog feces, parking is a nightmare there are more cars than spots, lost all hot water for over 24 hour... read more
Since the management company doesn’t like to pay out money when they owe you, I’ll just let you know that when it’s time to get your deposit back they will have you waiting for months and no update. It’s been months and no update, I’ve heard from others that they haven’t received their guarantor deposit back and I think the BBB needs to take a look into this business.
