Auden Buffalo is truly a unique apartment community. I still remember the day they gave me the tour — I instantly knew this was where I wanted to live. The staff, including the manager and leasing team, are all incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding. They've consistently gone above and beyond to support me, and I’m very grateful for their kindness and flexibility. I wanted to like this apartment complex and stay for my last year so I didn’t have to switch to another complex but unfortunately there were too many underlying problems. When I first moved in in the fall I was moving in with my friend and we got roommate matched with 2 other people, we weren’t made aware that one of the roommates was renewing a lease and had already been living there so we walked into a disgusting not even remotely cleaned unit after we had been told the unit was clean and ready to move in to. Would never recommend living here to anyone. Find somewhere else
I would not recommend living at Auden Buffalo, especially if you're a student. - I was told rates would only go up, and I signed at $900/month for a 4x4 thinking I was locking in the best price. Later, the price dropped by almost $200 for the exact same unit. My roommate, same room, same everything, pays significantly less than me. It's ridiculous. The rooms themselves are SO small for the price, the walls are paper-thin so it’s hard to sleep, and the stand-up showers are cramped and uncomfortable. There’s no ventilation in ... read more
