Had an exceptional experience at the Audemars Piguet boutique in NYC. Nick, my sales associate, was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process of purchasing my first AP a pleasure. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and provided excellent guidance without any pressure. The boutique itself has a welcoming atmosphere that matches the prestige of the brand. Highly recommend asking for Nick if you're considering an AP timepiece - his expertise and customer service are outstanding.

From the time we walked into the boutique, we were treated like royalty. The friendliness was over the top. We were given a glass of champagne to sip on while we waited for our appointment. We were also given a AP book to browse thru. We were greeted by Kevin Cheung for our 2pm appointment. He was extremely knowledgeable and didn’t rush us at all. We spent almost three hours with him. He is a true asset to the AP family. I just received my Royal oak offshore this morning. It is truly a gem! Thank you again for everything!

I walked in to have the bracelet of my RO adjusted, as well as the strap of my wife's 11.59 adjusted. We were attended to and served promptly. They also answered all questions we had on watches. Overall, very positive experience.
