First time at an AP boutique in my life, as my home-base is in Hawaii. My hotel was not far from this boutique and on a whim decided to stop by, either to book an appointment or to just browse. They were able to see me right away and paired me with SJ. He was so, so lovely and I felt lucky to have connected with him as my SA. Great people and excellent service, as one would accept. Brought in my vintage Royal Oak for battery exchange/service and received some refreshments and chocolate. Will let you know how it goes with Part 2 when I pick up the watch.
Picked up my new watch last week thanks to SJ, and the experience couldn’t have been smoother. This is the second watch I’ve purchased from him, and just like the first time, he made the process effortless — keeping me informed, answering every question, and making sure everything was lined up perfectly. It’s rare to find someone who blends professionalism with a personal touch like that. I’m grateful he was able to make this one happen, and I’m looking forward to working with him again as I continue building my collection.
