Hands down the best CrossFit gym in the Treasure Valley. Albert is an incredible trainer—knowledgeable, motivating, and truly dedicated to helping you improve. I’ve learned so much about proper technique, fitness, and overall health since joining. The workouts are challenging but rewarding.
Would definitely recommend Albert. Very knowledgeable in his field and I look forward to working with him.
