I ordered a lobster roll and sweet potato tots ...let's just say the lobster tail comes out the fridge cold ..it tastes like seafood salad on a roll , the size is like feeding a toddler and at 23.00 the math aint mathing , the quality is not where its at my hubby got the same thing with chips that was cooked the day before it seems cause they was cold as well..49.10 we paid ...and for it being taken out a fridge it took 1 hr to get our food and the place was dead , hardly anyone there ...
Ordered food on a slow Sunday and after 40 minutes of no food asked how much longer. Lots of attitude telling us it will be another 30 minutes or so and they would not give us a refund. Horrible customer service. When ordering I was never told that it would take an hour for fast food. Stay clear of this place until they get their act together.
We waited 30 minutes before even asking about our food and when we did the just shrugged and walked off with our answering I feel like you should have the human decency to answer the best you can but she didn’t. I have been here a couple of times and know that it takes a minute but not an hour for 4 plan cheese burger.
We waited AN HOUR for 4 burgers. I told them “this is taking a while” and they literally didn’t even answer. If you don’t have all day long to wait. Go anywhere else. The food is not that good to wait.
