Distinctly different than the big box RV stores. Owner actually knew something about the units he was selling, replaced a faucet that wasn’t flowing right on the spot. Travel trailer was as described, can’t beat price, excited to take it out for a break-in trip in a few weeks!
A wonderful group of ppl that will bend over backwards to help you get into your dream rv. We highly recommend. They even payed attention to the size a ball we had on our truck and let us know we had the wrong size and Americo brought us the right size and even changed it out for us. We definitely recommend giving them us chance. we couldn't be happier ☺️
Jeremy and his team at Auction Direct RV were so easy to work with. They helped find the camper that was the best fit for us at the best price point with NO extra fees. Jeremy even helped my husband put on a new sway bar hitch we had brought with us! They walked us through the camper and made sure everything worked before letting us take the camper home. We shopped around at other RV sellers, but Auction Direct RV was the first truly honest company we have found. Don't waste your time like we did, make this your first stop!
