Watch out for an episode on ACA about these guys because that's where I'm going next! Auction Club is the most uncontactable and unreliable company I have ever come across. Every single person who works there is dodgy and just out for your money. They are absolutely pathetic and provide zero resolutions. I've had issue after issue. I paid for a vehicle 18 months ago I paid 10k haven’t seen the vehicle or my money I e tried mediation phone calls emails with no reply to anything this is the worst business I’ve ever dealt with I’m still trying to get my money out of them very stressful
Still almost 1 year later - no response, no contact, no action. These guys (in writing) advised that they would rectify 1 of the defects - missing seatbelt covers, and absolutely ZERO contact or action. Stay away!!! Zero stars if possible. Unfortunately I took these 2 Men to their word when I wanted a cheap but reliable Hyundai 2009 Tuson. I was told the car ( as viewed in the inspection report ) Tyres - Front 80% rear good; service books and keys - yes; small scratches , requires detailing; diagnostic report - clear /No Faults; Drives well; Good service history !
