I had wonderful service from Walter and the Team when my car recently required repairs after an accident. At every touch point the staff were personable, knowledgeable, eager to help and very courteous. The repairs were handled extremely efficiently, and I was kept informed every step of the way. Over the weekend of My mum‘s car was driven into in a car park. We were put in touch with these guys to do the repairs and when we rang on Monday and said we were coming through to drop the car off we were told yep that’s fine. We’ve arrived today and I have followed my mum in my car so I could take her back to her house only to find that they’re not keeping the car and in fact she’s going to have to come back in again, which means I’m gonna have to come back in again. Not impressed.
