DO NOT BUY A MITSUBISHI FROM HERE. Purchased a 2021 Triton from them. 4 years later the leaf spring broke, which should not happen on a 4 year old Ute. It was not covered under warranty as we did not have it serviced with them. We do not live in Auckland so it did not make sense to take it to there. Very disappointing experience.
Edit: since this review they have contacted me directly, apologize and offering some compensation which I do appreciate their outreach. I booked in a service at 'Auckland Motors Mitsubishi' via the Mitsubishi NZ website on February 19th 2025. I received an email later that day from Maxene confirming my booking. I also received a text message on February 24th confirming my booking. Today April 9th was the booked day. I'd happily prefer getting a row of teeth pulled without anesthetic than dealing with car sales folk but this crowd were different gravy. I met the service dept manager also and my take was that the place seems to have a good culture, keep up the great work.
