Very bad service. They are tricksters and con artists. Simon, their front man has all the makings of a con artist. They charge exorbitant fees by taking advantage of your situation. They quickly whisk away your car late in the afternoon and tricks you by charging huge fees for 'parts' knowing that you can't get your car back as it is now out of your control to an unknown location.
