Had a problem with my 2021 pan America electronics these guys fixed it quickly and were Awesome to deal with thanks to Craig in the service department highly recommend

Today I brought my "1st" Harley and am so impressed with the service I received from 3 consultants during my visit. My apologies i do not recall the ladies names, but one was at the service desk and the other on the other side who had her motorbike on display for sale on premise. My sales rep was Mike and he was awesome. Thankyou team for making me feel welcome, treating me like a genuine buyer and congratulating me on my purchase with that warm extra HUG! Thankyou everyone.... <3
Incredible people in every department. Cannot speak highly enough of Craig and Mike in Sales, Craig and his team in the Service department. Ray the big boss even rang me twice after I had an accident on my Harley - a no fault accident it was determined by Police. These people are the best of the best - so impressed. I have bought two brand new bikes and one second hand - all three were 'perfect' bikes. Cannot thank and praise every member of their team enough.
